Manager, Relationship, Growth (Agriculture & Business)

About the role

Standard Bank Group is looking for a Manager, Relationship, Growth (Agriculture & Business) in Malmesbury. The role grows and retains a portfolio of high-value Growth Segment relationships by partnering for growth through proactive, differentiated service and value-adding solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, agriculture or a related field (FAIS aligned).
• MBA or postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Banking is advantageous.
• Certifications such as Certified Banker (CB), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or CFA are a plus.
• 3-7 years of experience in business, commercial or corporate banking.
• Proven experience in relationship management, financial advisory or credit analysis for business clients.
• Experience in lending, credit risk assessment and structuring financial solutions for business clients.
• Knowledge of SME, mid-market or high-net-worth business banking is often required.
• Agricultural knowledge of the value chain (crop, livestock, horticulture, agribusiness).
