About the role

The Manager, Internal Audit at NTT DATA leads risk‑based internal audits with a focus on data centre environments and operations. This senior position oversees audit planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while delivering practical, value‑adding recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Define audit scope, objectives, and methodologies aligned with the approved audit plan.
• Coordinate with external auditors and keep stakeholders informed of audit progress and concerns.
• Stay current on auditing best practices and legislation to guide audit analyses across business areas.
• Lead a team of auditors, ensuring accurate implementation of processes and reliable findings.
• Prepare final audit reports, distribute them to stakeholders, and monitor the effectiveness of action plans.
• Present audit outcomes to the audit committee and senior management, highlighting policies, programs, and activities.
• Collaborate with other assurance providers and support senior managers with portfolio priorities.
