Manager, Financial Systems (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Manager, Financial Systems will lead the design, implementation and support of the Group’s finance‑systems roadmap on a two‑year fixed‑term basis. Working across SAP ERP, consolidation, planning and reporting platforms, you will translate global standards into robust, documented solutions for multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current‑state finance processes, data structures and system usage across regions, identifying gaps to group standards.
• Facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops with Finance, Controllership, Digital Technology and Operations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, configuration documents, data models and mapping rules.
• Design, build and maintain integrations and mappings across SAP FICO, HFM/FDMEE, TM1/Planning Analytics, Workiva WDesk and EPMWare.
• Define and maintain validation, error‑handling and reconciliation controls to minimise manual interventions.
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT test plans, coordinate defect resolution with technology teams and vendors.
• Support cut‑over planning, data migration, parallel runs and sign‑off of financial reports.
• Provide post‑go‑live hyper‑care, monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation for processes, configurations, interfaces and controls.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance systems professional with hands‑on experience in large, multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with finance, technology and operational teams.
