About the role

This 3‑year Management Trainee programme combines academic learning with hands‑on experience across all hotel departments. You will rotate through operations, food & beverage, spa, and other guest services to build a solid foundation for a future leadership role in luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations in every hotel department over three years.
• Achieve practical objectives and competency sign‑offs in each area.
• Maintain a training logbook or portfolio documenting progress.
• Participate in academic modules, workshops, and assessments within set timelines.
• Assist departments as needed and contribute to daily operational tasks.
• Engage in feedback reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Grade 12/Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent.
• Willingness to rotate across departments and work varied shifts.
• Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning.
• Professional attitude, curiosity, and initiative.
• Responsibility for personal progress and timely completion of assignments.
