About the role
We are looking for motivated Management and Sales Trainees to join our Gauteng team. The role offers full‑time exposure to business management, sales development and leadership within a fast‑growing medical‑device company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement business management goals that drive growth.
- Ensure adequate resources are available for operational activities.
- Monitor productivity and evaluate business performance against targets.
- Train and develop the skill set of sales staff.
- Set sales targets for individual consultants and the overall team.
Required profile
- Own reliable transport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable, teachable and comfortable with change.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
