About the role

We are looking for motivated Management and Sales Trainees to join our Gauteng team. The role offers full‑time exposure to business management, sales development and leadership within a fast‑growing medical‑device company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business management goals that drive growth.
• Ensure adequate resources are available for operational activities.
• Monitor productivity and evaluate business performance against targets.
• Train and develop the skill set of sales staff.
• Set sales targets for individual consultants and the overall team.

Required profile

• Own reliable transport.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable, teachable and comfortable with change.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
