Management & Leadership Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking seasoned educators in management and leadership to help shape AI systems that understand real‑world business challenges. This fully remote, flexible contract lets you apply your academic expertise without the constraints of a traditional schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides the AI toward more expert‑level reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own workload and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Proven ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and spot logical trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and able to meet project deadlines independently.
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s in a related field, real‑world leadership or consulting experience, familiarity with AI evaluation tools.
