Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking experienced educators in management and leadership to help train AI systems. In this fully remote, flexible contract position you will review AI‑generated scenarios and ensure they reflect realistic business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism.
• Evaluate AI reasoning on team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI’s reasoning capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to assess decision‑making quality and spot logical trade‑offs.
• Self‑directed, reliable and able to meet deadlines without supervision.

Required skills

• Expertise in organizational behavior and leadership theory.
• Experience evaluating written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
