About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that all machinery and equipment operate at high standards, supporting smooth production processes. This role involves regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs of both mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform fault finding on equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Inspect and test machined parts for precision and accuracy.
• Set up machines, calibrate, align, and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to the operations team for machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve machine efficiency and resolve operational issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, report hazards, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and work performed.

Required profile

• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably as a millwright or electrician.
• Strong ability to conduct inspections, tests, and precise adjustments on equipment.
• Commitment to safety procedures and accurate documentation.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to support operations and collaborate with peers.
