Maintenance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to lead the safe, efficient and cost‑effective execution of maintenance activities across our plant and equipment. The role focuses on improving availability, reliability and overall performance while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations to meet reliability and performance targets.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work in line with operational requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and safety teams to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising maintenance activities in an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to plan, organise and execute maintenance work efficiently.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and focus on continuous improvement.
