Maintenance Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair and upkeep of its head office facilities and company‑owned properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of office buildings, facilities and company properties.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs for electrical, plumbing, air‑conditioning, roofing, painting, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, source quotations and monitor work quality.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and maintain asset registers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on and willing to engage in day‑to‑day maintenance activities.
• Exceptionally detail‑oriented and able to solve practical problems efficiently.
• Calm under pressure, able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Organised, reliable, accountable with strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
