Machine Operator – Plant

About the role

The Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating mobile machinery within the plant to transport material and finished products. This position ensures that all movements comply with operational procedures and safety standards, supporting continuous production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various types of mobile machinery to move raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished goods across the plant.
• Follow established operational guidelines and safety protocols while performing material handling tasks.
• Conduct routine checks of equipment before and after use, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to prioritize material movements and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate logs of machinery usage and material transfers.
