Luxury Travel Advisor (Remote)

About the role

Marchay, a membership‑based luxury travel service, is seeking a Luxury Travel Advisor to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for its high‑net‑worth members. Working remotely from North America, you will collaborate with a team of travel professionals to manage the full journey—from initial consultation through post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage customized itineraries for luxury members.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and exclusive experiences aligned with client preferences.
• Coordinate bookings for hotels, transportation, activities, and special requests with global suppliers.
• Provide personalized client service and relationship management throughout planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate trip records in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and partner offerings.
• Handle multiple trips simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a travel advisor in the luxury segment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Based in North America and available to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience advising ultra‑high‑net‑worth travelers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with itinerary planning tools and booking platforms.
• Knowledge of luxury hotels, premium air travel options, and curated experiences.
• Experience using Sabre GDS, Salesforce CRM, or similar travel technology platforms.
