Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Hillebrand Gori, the beverage logistics arm of DHL Global Forwarding, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support its import and export operations. You will work closely with internal teams and overseas offices to ensure smooth movement of beer, wine, and spirits across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Administer import/export plans and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Execute transactional activities such as customs entries, duty calculations, and document handling.
• Verify invoices, shipping documents, and customs entries for accuracy.
• Maintain and archive all required import/export documentation.
• Coordinate with internal functions (customer service, sales, product) and overseas offices to verify shipment information.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Provide guidance or training to less‑experienced colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, customs, or trade compliance.

• Customs regulations and brokerage.
• Trade compliance and import/export procedures.
• Dangerous goods regulations and sanction country knowledge.
• Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin handling.
• Third‑party logistics coordination.
• Microsoft Excel and data entry.
