Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our import and export operations. You will ensure smooth preparation and clearance of documentation, advise customers on regulations, and help optimise service performance across our global beverage logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Administer import/export plans and processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
• Execute transactional activities such as entries, duty calculations, tariff classifications, and document handling.
• Verify invoices, shipping documents and entries to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and archive all required import/export documentation.
• Collaborate with internal functions (customer service, sales, product) and overseas offices to verify shipment information.
• Identify recurring issues, propose improvements and support workflow automation.
• Perform IT‑system tasks to keep shipment information up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, customs or trade compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
