Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Hillebrand Gori, the beverage logistics specialist of the DHL Group, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage import and export operations. You will ensure smooth documentation, compliance with customs regulations, and effective coordination with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Administer import/export plans and processes to optimise service performance.
• Perform transactional operational tasks in line with regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare duty calculations, tariffs, price conversions, and weight/volume data for shipments.
• Draft, distribute and archive all required import/export documents.
• Check invoices and shipping documents for regulatory compliance.
• Verify entries against customer requirements and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain IT systems with up‑to‑date shipment information.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, product teams and overseas offices.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Individual contributor with no direct leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of customs and trade compliance procedures.
• Ability to work accurately under regulatory constraints.
