About the role

We are looking for a professional, organised and detail‑oriented Logistics Assistant to join our growing team in Durban South on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role supports daily logistics and transport operations, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, suppliers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily logistics and transport coordination.
• Monitor deliveries and collections to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation.
• Coordinate stock movement and dispatch schedules.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers and clients.
• Support warehouse and operational activities as needed.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 47 years.
• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Previous experience in logistics, transport or warehouse environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email.
