Local Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Local Finance Manager to lead financial operations for our regional entity. You will ensure accurate reporting, manage cash flows and support strategic decision‑making while maintaining compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Control and execute administrative finance procedures.
• Steer, monitor and manage the local P&L, balance sheets, cash flows and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (local GAAP & IFRS) and tax declarations.
• Conduct KPI analysis and perform accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections activities.
• Oversee disciplinary management for the local finance team when required.
• Maintain relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors and other financial stakeholders.
• Implement global and regional accounting policies, service processes, IT tools and quality standards at the local level.
• Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of English (minimum B1).
• 3‑5 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
