Litigation Executive

About the role

The Litigation Executive will manage a litigated caseload while supporting fellow Litigation Executives and Claims Handlers. This position offers the chance to deepen civil litigation expertise within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, applications, offers, orders and directions.
• Attend telephone conferences and manage cases in line with service level agreements.
• Review quantum, assess general and special damages, and formalise case plans.
• Conduct telephone negotiations and liaise with third‑party solicitors, insurers, and clients.
• Manage client expectations professionally, prioritize workload, develop clear action plans and meet targets.

Required profile

• LLB degree (essential).
• Minimum six months legal experience as an admitted attorney or candidate attorney.
• Proven experience in civil litigation; experience in motor vehicle accidents, RAF claims, third‑party claims, contract law and insurance is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong initiative, creative problem‑solving and a professional telephone manner.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
