Level 2 IT Professional – Managed Services

About the role

Solid Systems is looking for a Level 2 IT Professional to own and resolve client environments in a managed‑services setting. You will work both remotely and onsite, ensuring technology supports human connections and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 remote and onsite support for client technical issues, following best‑practice standards.
• Handle escalations from junior staff and act as a subject‑matter expert for Mac, Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Conduct regular client visits, develop site‑improvement plans, and address break‑fix requests.
• Collaborate on projects, meet timelines, and contribute to SOP and process improvements.
• Maintain real‑time documentation in IT Glue, Autotask and Nable, and record time entries accurately.
• Mentor new team members and promote a culture of “WOW‑factor” service.

Required profile

• 5+ years of IT support experience in a managed‑services environment.
• Relevant IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel between sites.
• Growth mindset with curiosity, accountability and a drive for continuous improvement.
