About the role
The Lenel Administrator will manage, configure and maintain the Lenel Access Control System across Teleperformance sites in Cape Town. This position ensures continuous operation, rapid issue resolution and compliance with global physical security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Lenel system configuration, including controllers, readers, maglocks and role groups.
- Oversee card uploads, assign access levels and troubleshoot badge‑related issues.
- Provide immediate support during access control faults to minimise downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs, enforce role‑based access controls and prepare for internal and external audits.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration errors, connectivity problems and software faults in collaboration with IT and security teams.
- Work closely with Physical Security Officers, IT and Asset Support to ensure seamless integration of security systems.
Required profile
- Proven experience with IT systems, access control systems and auditing processes.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software faults under pressure.
- Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks for physical security.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
