Legal Advisor

About the role

Altron FinTech is seeking an astute Legal Advisor to join its dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting a fast‑paced fintech business by delivering specialist legal services that align with both Altron FinTech and the broader Altron Group legal mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Altron FinTech’s legal management strategy, vision and policy in line with Group directives.
• Collaborate with the executive committee to define and implement legal strategy for payments, lending and digital financial services.
• Define legal risk appetite, tolerance thresholds and control frameworks.
• Assist in creating company policies, procedures and internal frameworks to mitigate legal risk.
• Peruse, draft, vet and advise on contracts and other legal documents.

Required profile

• Qualified legal professional with experience in financial services or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements affecting payments, lending and digital finance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
