Graduate Training – Compliance & Regulation (2 positions)

About the role

Eskom is recruiting two Graduate In Training candidates for the Compliance & Regulation Department in Sunninghill, Gauteng. The programme is an entry‑level internship for South African graduates who have completed a NQF Level 7 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Participants will receive both institutionalised training and on‑the‑job experience in compliance and regulatory matters within the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Complete institutionalised training.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training.
• Apply academic knowledge in the workplace.
• Support Compliance & Regulation activities.
• Work with teams and stakeholders.
• Perform assigned duties with limited supervision.

Required profile

• South African citizenship.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree at NQF Level 7 (minimum 360 credits) in Commerce, Business Management, Information Systems, Quality Management or Law.
• No prior work experience required.
• Computer literacy.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail.
