Lecturer – Logistics and Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Lecturer to deliver high‑quality teaching and learning for modules up to NQF Level 7 in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The role involves curriculum support, assessment development, student academic assistance, and continuous programme improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging, outcomes‑based lectures aligned with approved curricula.
• Facilitate blended and online learning using LMS platforms.
• Design, moderate and provide timely feedback on assessments.
• Support curriculum design in line with CHE and institutional requirements.
• Provide academic consultation, monitor at‑risk students and support their progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years lecturing experience at undergraduate level in higher education or TVET.
• Industry experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Experience in assessment design and moderation.
• Relevant Honours degree (NQF Level 8); Master’s degree preferred.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education or teaching is an advantage.
• Registration or progress toward a Doctor’s or Master’s qualification is beneficial.
