Lease-Up Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

This fully remote position leads marketing for multifamily lease‑up projects in South Africa. You will design and execute digital and traditional campaigns that drive occupancy from launch through stabilization, using AI, automation and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run end‑to‑end marketing strategies for lease‑up communities.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate qualified leasing leads.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Business Profiles for local search visibility.
• Maintain WordPress property sites, landing pages and online content.
• Syndicate apartment listings across rental platforms and ILS.
• Plan, launch and refine paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Build automated lead‑nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools, incorporating AI solutions.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, vendors and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing marketing for multifamily lease‑up properties.
• Proven track record of increasing occupancy through digital marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, WordPress, Facebook/Instagram advertising and listing syndication platforms.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel or equivalents.
• Familiarity with AI tools that enhance marketing efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign and occupancy data.
