Learning Instructional Designer

About the role

Unifi is looking for a Learning Instructional Designer to create simple, engaging, and blended learning solutions that help the organisation thrive. Reporting to the L&D Design Lead, you will partner with teams, subject‑matter experts and facilitators to design programmes that improve performance and support behaviour change.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to identify performance gaps and recommend practical learning solutions.
• Conduct training needs analyses and translate business requirements into effective learning experiences.
• Design blended learning programmes that combine materials, activities, assessments and performance‑support tools for diverse audiences.
• Create learning assets that align with Unifi’s design standards and are easy for facilitators to deliver.
• Maintain and continuously improve learning content in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on new learning technologies and approaches to enhance the learning culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience designing learning for operational environments such as client service, call centres or back‑office teams.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to extract organisational knowledge and develop curricula.
