Learning Facilitator – Sage Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Learning Facilitator to deliver engaging and practical learning experiences for Sage Accounting users. The role is hybrid, based in Johannesburg, and requires at least three days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning sessions in both virtual and in‑person formats.
• Facilitate and adapt learning content to suit diverse learner needs and experience levels.
• Maintain strong practical knowledge of Sage products and assigned topics.
• Create a supportive environment that builds customer confidence.
• Gather and act on customer feedback to improve learning experiences.
• Manage learning administration and Learning Management System (LMS) requirements accurately.
• Provide feedback on content and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with learning, sales and operational stakeholders.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with people and creating engaging learning experiences.
• Hold Sage Accounting product certification and relevant Sage product experience.
• Possess a university degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and effective facilitation techniques.
• Experience delivering learning using virtual technologies.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and a strong customer focus.
