Learning Experience Designer (Remote)

About the role

We are a small e‑learning studio dedicated to creating high‑quality learning experiences grounded in evidence‑based learning science and user‑centered design. As a Learning Experience Designer you will work remotely with a supportive team, shaping courses from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging storyboards that balance information flow, layout, and graphics.
• Review and improve existing storyboards and course materials.
• Write, edit, and proofread instructional content and assessments.
• Create curriculum and course design documentation.
• Conduct learner research, user acceptance testing, and incorporate feedback.
• Perform thorough quality assurance on all deliverables.

Required profile

• Independent researcher and problem‑solver.
• Comfortable working with both familiar and new technologies.
• Ability to maintain a healthy work‑life balance and over‑communicate when needed.

• Relevant experience in education, instructional design, or strong writing and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Preferably holds a degree in a related field.
