Learning Experience Designer

About the role

As a Learning Experience Designer at Goodwall you will own how young people learn in our programs, from concept to production and post‑launch analysis. Your work will shape the learning experiences that empower youth with skills in AI, climate and entrepreneurship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong concepts for partner pitches and translate partner goals into clear learning propositions.
• Design full learning experiences, including outcomes, structure, activities, assessments and credential pathways.
• Apply proven learning design and gamification techniques to create mobile‑first, motivating programs.
• Collaborate with product, creative and program teams to ensure designs align with app capabilities and visual standards.
• Gather feedback from program managers, young users and data insights to continuously improve future programs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in program, learning, experience or service design.
• Ability to run multiple design workstreams simultaneously while maintaining consistency.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z culture and how young people learn.
• Confidence presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and defending design decisions under commercial pressure.
• Comfort using completion and engagement data to refine designs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with prototyping tools and AI‑enhanced design tools.
