Learning & Development Facilitator

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Facilitator to create a conducive learning environment at TIH. You will design, deliver and support internal learning programmes that connect theory with real‑world workplace application.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face, virtual or short‑course sessions, adapting methods to suit learner needs while preserving programme outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback on participant performance and application of learning in the workplace.
• Engage with project and programme stakeholders, building productive relationships with peers, seniors and managers.
• Utilise and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to support the learning process.
• Design learning sessions, develop high‑quality training resources and apply a variety of facilitation techniques.
• Assess and adjust facilitation methods to maximise learner understanding and impact.
• Lead end‑to‑end leadership development programmes, including needs analysis, design, implementation and evaluation.
• Support learning needs analysis by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering L&D programmes in a corporate setting.
• Strong ability to assess learner reactions and adapt content accordingly.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for learning needs analysis and performance data interpretation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Learning Management System (LMS).
