Lead Developer – Tech Lead (Flutter & .NET)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of innovative digital platforms, mobile applications, and client‑facing solutions for a leading financial services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define system architecture, technical design, and development standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design and develop web, mobile, and business‑critical applications.
• Lead Flutter mobile app development for iOS and Android.
• Oversee app deployment and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, high‑performing, and scalable.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Flutter mobile development.
• Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Flutter, C#.NET/.NET Framework, Angular, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks.
• Experience publishing and maintaining production mobile applications.
