Lead Developer

Key responsibilities

• Lead system architecture, technical design decisions, and development best practices.
• Drive the design and development of scalable web and mobile solutions.
• Lead Flutter mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Oversee mobile application deployment, publishing, and maintenance on app stores.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and contribute to technical strategy.

Required profile

• BCom, BSc or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Flutter mobile application development experience.
• Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership position.
• Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions.
