About the role
Are you ready to shape the future of renewable energy projects? We are looking for a dynamic Land Acquisition Developer to join our growing team in Johannesburg and play a pivotal role in securing prime sites for large‑scale energy developments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and secure land opportunities suitable for renewable energy projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate land acquisition agreements and manage the end‑to‑end acquisition process.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and legal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor multiple acquisition projects simultaneously and report progress to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in land acquisition, property development or real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at once.
- Knowledge of renewable energy or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
