Kitroom Supervisor – Bloemfontein

About the role

The Kitroom Supervisor supports the Associate Manager in leading the kit operations team, ensuring daily customer service delivery and regulatory compliance. This position oversees up to six team members, drives continuous improvement, and acts as an escalation point for operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of up to six employees, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage daily workload, monitor process adherence, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement activities, maintain consumable supplies, and use Kanban/lean methods for inventory control.
• Maintain and align QMS documentation, lead related change‑management and training initiatives.
• Implement local process improvements such as Lean 6S, Just‑do‑It actions, and regional rollout changes.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Financial Reporting standards, including risk assessment and mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a logistics, production, or kit‑room environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
