Kitchen Staff – Pub Kitchen Team

About the role

Join a busy pub kitchen where you will help prepare and cook a variety of dishes while keeping the environment clean and safe. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive team atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the required specifications.
• Operate kitchen work stations such as grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Work collaboratively to meet time and quality targets.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety.
• Perform regular cleaning and full kitchen clean‑downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete induction, role‑specific and refresher training.

Required profile

• Fun, enthusiastic and passionate about hospitality.
• Good attitude, reliable and friendly.
• Calm under pressure and willing to learn.
• Team‑player who enjoys working with others.
