About the role
The Kitchen Sculler ensures the kitchen environment remains clean, well‑maintained and organized at all times, supporting the overall guest experience in a hotel setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to the hotel’s Hygiene Standard and Health & Safety policies.
- Keep kitchen inventory clean and properly organized.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are tidy, safe and ready for service.
- Follow The Capital Hotel Group policies for cleanliness and safety.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Honest, trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
- Presentable and well‑spoken.
- Proactive, leading by example.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work shifts.
