About the role
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Prepper to join our food service team at Starwood Mall. The role focuses on preparing and plating food according to the Pedros Standard Operating Procedure, ensuring consistency and quality for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret food orders accurately.
- Maintain a fast service pace while upholding food safety standards.
- Follow BOH (Back‑of‑House) hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
- Ensure accuracy of all prepared orders.
- Manage BOH stock levels in line with SOP guidelines.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate (required) or Senior Certificate (preferred).
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- 6 months to one year experience as a kitchen prepper.
- Customer‑service orientation with good verbal communication.
