Key Accounts Manager

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will drive sales of our fabric solutions by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. Reporting to senior management, the role involves acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets while fostering long‑term partnerships with key accounts.
• Identify client needs and propose customised fabric solutions.
• Plan and execute weekly outreach to existing and prospective customers.
• Present product ranges, trends and new offerings to clients.
• Maintain and review the customer order book and ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery in collaboration with Planning & Distribution.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to develop samples, confirm delivery dates and manage stock.
• Communicate order confirmations, delays, forecasts and stock levels to customers.
• Prepare regular sales, booking and performance reports.
• Stay updated on new products, services and market developments.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and meet budgetary targets.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Syspro ERP system.
