Key Accounts Manager

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will act as the primary liaison between Tshinwelo Innovative Business Solutions and its strategic customers. You will communicate the benefits of our fabric solutions, drive sales, and nurture long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets while building lasting relationships with key customers.
• Identify client needs and propose customized fabric solutions.
• Plan and execute weekly outreach to existing and prospective accounts.
• Present product offerings, trends, and new developments to customers.
• Maintain and review the customer order book, ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Planning & Distribution to meet OTIF (On‑Time In‑Full) commitments.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to deliver correct samples and timely deliveries.
• Communicate confirmations, delays, and stock information to clients.
• Produce regular sales, booking, and performance reports.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to follow market trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Syspro ERP system.
