About the role

Regal is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to build strong relationships with existing and prospective key clients, drive business growth, and identify sales opportunities within the security sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of new and existing customers.
  • Monitor customer prospects, sales forecasts, pricing, and product specifications.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Forecast product revenue and margin on a monthly basis.
  • Analyse purchase activities and trends of each key account.
  • Prepare cost comparisons and provide pricing recommendations.
  • Support site assessments and design solutions for customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits to promote products and ensure quality service.
  • Provide updated product pricing and advise on packaging quantities.
  • Discuss product needs and projections with management.
  • Identify training needs for clients and staff.
  • Organise customer product launches and demonstrations.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of external sales experience.
  • Experience in the security industry is advantageous.
  • Target‑driven mindset.
  • Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
