Key Account Manager – Automotive Tools & Fixtures

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead strategic automotive customer accounts in Rosslyn, Gauteng. The role focuses on growing relationships with European and Asian OEMs, driving project delivery, and aligning sales, quotation, and quality processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic accounts within the automotive manufacturing sector.
• Initiate new projects, product changes, and tool‑jig‑fixture developments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales, quotation, and quality alignment.
• Develop and present commercial proposals and quotes.
• Maintain strong client relationships and negotiate contract terms.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in automotive account management, tool & jig manufacturing, and assembly/press shop environments.
• Minimum 1‑2 years in process planning, time‑motion studies, procurement or sales.
• Proven project‑management track record and ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
