Junior Web Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Web Developer to join Braun Management’s fully remote technical team. You will support the creation and maintenance of web‑based tools that enable our consultants to deliver data‑driven insights for a major financial services client.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Update and refine internal documentation portals for project tracking and research.
• Create interactive data visualisations that turn complex client data into clear charts and graphs.
• Perform cross‑browser and device testing to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Draft and organise technical documentation for internal tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front‑end bugs or layout issues reported by consulting staff.
• Collaborate with the technical lead on security updates and performance improvements.
• Support integration of third‑party applications into the remote workflow.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and core JavaScript principles.
• High attention to visual detail and technical precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical issues to non‑technical colleagues.
• Genuine interest in how technology can streamline complex business systems.
• Ability to write clean, well‑documented code that is easy for others to maintain.
• Proactive attitude toward learning new tools, libraries or frameworks.
• Self‑discipline to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Focus on functional, reliable solutions over overly complex designs.
