Junior Verification Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Verification Analyst to support our B‑BBEE verification engagements. This entry‑level position offers full training and the chance to work directly with clients on compliance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret information related to B‑BBEE initiatives.
• Plan, prepare and draft verification engagements and verification plans.
• Conduct preparation meetings and on‑site verification meetings with measured entities.
• Complete B‑BBEE scorecards, perform related calculations and draft verification reports.
• Handle appeals in line with company procedures and ensure compliance with legislation and verification standards.

Required profile

• 3‑year degree (BCom, LLB or equivalent) or relevant NQF Level 5 qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel for on‑site engagements.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
