Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Project Manager to join our fast‑paced fintech team. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates the chance to work on consumer‑facing digital products, supporting development, testing and delivery without writing code.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering technology projects.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers and business stakeholders on new features.
• Gather, document and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality‑assurance activities.
• Identify and propose improvements to workflows, processes and customer experiences.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non‑technical teams.
• Create project documentation, process maps and status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience or recent graduate status.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, learning mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
