Junior Software Developer (C#/.NET)

About the role

This junior position offers the chance to work across the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing, coding, testing, deploying and supporting applications. You will contribute to projects that have a direct impact on customers while building solid technical and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain C#/.NET applications and system features.
• Analyse user requirements and business processes to design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, implementation and deployment.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third‑party services.
• Maintain and support existing applications, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Assist with system deployments, customer support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Produce technical documentation, system designs, flowcharts and coding standards.
• Participate in project planning, prioritisation, testing, quality assurance and execution activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience developing software with C# and .NET.
• Experience building web, desktop, mobile or cloud‑based applications.
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and integrating third‑party services.
• Strong background with relational databases and Entity Framework.
• Experience using Git and modern development methodologies.
• Exposure to .NET MAUI, Blazor, Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Project coordination and collaborative team experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
