Junior Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Brand Influence is seeking a Junior Social Media Coordinator to support its growing social media team. Working across client accounts and the company’s own channels, you will help plan, execute, optimise and report on social media initiatives while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, influencer‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the social media team with day‑to‑day tasks across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube.
• Stay current on platform trends, cultural moments and emerging features relevant to the brand and its platform properties.
• Support content scheduling, publishing and community management using native tools and third‑party scheduling platforms.
• Source and repurpose influencer or brand assets for client promotions and in‑house video projects.
• Help track paid‑media budgets, prepare ad performance reports and set up campaigns to meet KPI targets.
• Compile performance data for client campaigns and quarterly reports for Brand Influence’s owned platforms.
• Collaborate with strategy and creative teams, maintaining clear and proactive communication.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of core social platforms and their best practices.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and comfortable with digital tools.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, solutions‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
