Junior Sales Consultant

About the role

Sasso Consulting, a fast‑growing AI transformation consultancy, is seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to help build its commercial engine from the ground up. You will work directly with the executive team, own the full sales cycle and contribute to go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Build relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers and conduct consultative discovery sessions.
• Present tailored AI‑driven solutions, develop proposals, business cases and ROI models.
• Maintain pipeline health, forecasting and CRM data.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine Ideal Customer Profile, value propositions and positioning.
• Test and optimise outbound campaigns, messaging and sales strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product development.
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience.
• Proven success closing complex, consultative sales opportunities.
• Experience selling to mid‑market or enterprise organisations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to build commercial cases and demonstrate ROI.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging senior executives and multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised with disciplined pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• R20,000 base salary.
• Uncapped commission with a potential OTE of $60,000 USD.
