Junior Quantity Surveyor – Assistant Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our senior QS team in delivering accurate cost estimates and contract documentation for construction projects. This role offers hands‑on experience in tender preparation, cost monitoring, and site inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate and analyse project costs and budgets.
• Support the senior Quantity Surveyor in measuring work completed and assessing variation orders.
• Participate in site inspections and liaise with contractors and clients.
• Help monitor project progress and expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the senior QS team.

Required profile

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong interest in construction cost management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior staff and external parties.
