Junior Quality Controller – Food Production

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Junior Quality Controllers to join a food production facility. The role involves supporting quality assurance activities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and ensuring that products meet the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise daily quality checks and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of quality data and test results.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet production demands.

Required profile

• Completed Grade 12.
• 1–2 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing setting.
• Residency in the Potchefstroom area is an advantage, or willingness to relocate at personal cost.
• Honest, reliable and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• No specific technical tools are mandated; basic computer literacy is expected.
