Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support a major financial services client undergoing organisational change. Working fully remotely, you will keep the consulting engagement on track by handling administrative and operational tasks while senior consultants focus on analysis and client facilitation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, tracking documents and milestone registers.
• Draft accurate meeting minutes and summary reports highlighting decisions and open questions.
• Organise and update shared documentation folders to ensure team access to the latest client data.
• Assist in preparing evidence‑backed reports and presentation decks for executive committees.
• Monitor project deadlines and alert senior consultants to potential scheduling conflicts.
• Conduct basic research on organisational structures and European financial regulations.
• Coordinate information flow between workstreams and support remote interviews and workshops with client leadership.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in business, law, management or social sciences.
• Strong interest in complex business systems and organisational friction.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on precision and clarity.
• Ability to organise large volumes of information without losing detail.
• Comfort working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• High standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in written documentation and report drafting.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task‑management software).
